First of all; HAPPY FRIDAY! Excuse my virtual shouting, but I can barely contain my excitement today; not just because another busy work week is done and dusted, and I can sleep in tomorrow morning, but because my little sis (okay, she's not "little", she's 27 years old...) is currently en route from Dubai to Taipei for a visit!
Even though we'll only have a measly 1-day catch up session, I am very much looking forward to spending time with her. "Only one day!?", you ask. Yep, pretty much. She's a first class flight attendant for Emirates, and that's how long her layover is in Taipei. But, it's better than nothing, so I'll take it!
This will only be her second time in Taipei (Emirates only opened flights to Taipei back in February and it's been a popular request route for cabin crew), and this time she'll be able to meet Toby, our fur baby. It's been 5 months since I've last seen her (when I visited her in Dubai during the summer), and that's why I'm absolutely thrilled that we'll have some quality time together before Christmas.
