Blonde or brunette?

 
 Do blondes really have more fun? And do gentlemen really prefer blondes? Well, I can't tell you that just yet. I've only been a brunette for five days, and so far I'm still having a lot of fun, and I'm pretty sure gentlemen prefer, well, any woman...

I have good reasons for going darker, and I'm sure other blondes would agree with me. It's damn expensive and the bleach destroys your hair. Also, I was in desperate need of a change after being blonde for, well, my entire life so far. 

I still do a double take when I pass a mirror, and I feel like none of my clothes go with my hair, but I'm sure I will get used to it, and I know the color will fade a little after a few weeks anyway. For now, I'm really enjoying the change and I think it's very appropriate for fall. I would love to know what you guys think? Are you Team Blonde or Team Brunette?

    I love the new hair! Gorgeous!

    I try to go blonde every couple of years, but my eyebrows are so dark that it gets on my nerves! So, I just stick with team brunette! At least when my hair is dark, I can grow it out longer. :D

    I think it looks awesome on you! I just went brunette too a week ago. Like you, I'd been a blonde my whole life. I was so tired of my roots looking like crap all the time, and having to keep up with it so often, that I decided to switch over to the dark side. haha. I love it!

    I love the darker hair! I've been a brunette my whole life, though, so I'm always partial to a darker shade. :) I've wanted to dye mine black before, but I've always been warned that black is a hard color to make look good.

    I've never dyed my hair. What am I missing?

    Is the darker shade really considered brunette? I would look at that and still say blonde. Maybe I don't know my colors. ;)

    Thanks for all the comments :-) Actually, the photo in this post is not the best, the lighting was horrible. It's a little darker than that. Maybe I am still considered a blonde? I don't know. My hair was so light before that anything darker now looks REALLY dark to me. LOL!
